My Story

 

For most of my career I believed that working hard - being a diligent and conscientious employee - would be all I needed to reach my full potential.  
Yes, these traits helped me move into management roles.  In fact, I had no shortage of offers - because I could be relied upon to work hard to get the job done.

However, I was being passed over for promotion as I watched my peers move from management into senior leadership roles,

It wasn't until I worked with a career coach and a mentor, who had no vested interests except in me, did my leadership journey accelerate.

The free Introductory Consult usually occurs over the phone or online and can last between 15 to 30 minutes.
